But i read that complete bucal fat removal prevents it from coming back ? So the fat must be redistributing else where in the face may be aesthetic

You would get fat of subcutaneous fat instead of buccal fat. since there is no buccal fat in your cheeks anymore

why dont u just get fat injection undereye then, its genetics that determine if you can get juicy under eye support even if you gain weight some ppl just dont store fat in certain areas
