Like a chin implant, if your buccal isn't full of fat, its pretty useless, you can also just lose weight, face gains is the first thing you see with weight loss since its one of the first places your body goes to for energy

It's legit if you naturally hold a lot of fat in your face.
The specialist who did my surgery said in the consult you can gauge how much buccal fat you have my putting one finger on your cheek & the other on the inside of your mouth & rub them together.
Also goes without saying get to a low body fat percentage before forking out the money for the surgery, 10%-15% is a maintainable & reasonable.

To the people saying it will make you look older, sorry but you are retarded. What makes you look young/old is wrinkles & the amount of collagen in your face. Buccal Fat Removal will give you a gaunt look in your face which is seen as attractive or at least ideal in modeling.
