@RealSurgerymax @Sergio-OMS @Copemaxxing @DatGuyYouLike Plus anyone knowledgeable

If you get buccal fat removal, does that only remove the buccal FAT or the fat PADS?

Meaning, if you ever get fat again, will you lose all the results or will it be impossible for you to lose the hollow cheeks?

The cheek area is the diference between high-tier normie and chad imo
Legit. Hollow cheeks are a massively masculine trait to have

You wont necessarily get hollow cheeks by not having buccacel fat. 90% of people dont have any buccacel fat after puberty. The fat pads stay even after removal but the buccacel fat can not be gained back

• The “Buccal FAT” is a deep fat pad between facial muscles. It is not part of the subcutaneous fat which is continuous over the whole body.

• Buccal Fat Removal Surgery is almost never actually a full removal, but a reduction. It may be up to a removal of the lower branches of Buccal fat though.

• If you gained weight the subcutaneous fat (fat under skin) would make you look fat again regardless of Buccal fat pad removal.

Well if that's true then the result would be the same so still lifefuel.

Agreed on the first part too, this guy is lean yet has no hollow cheeks coz he's recessed

Damn that's a useless surgery then. Thanks a lot for the clarification

Buccal Fat doesnt grow back but also you cant have hollow cheeks unless you are super low bodyfat, fat stores in every single on every single millimeter of your face, buccal fat alone doesnt make your face fat and saggy

It removes the fat pads, so if you do it too much, you can end up looking like a skeleton when you're lean. The benefit is that you can have a lean face at 15% body fat though.

Buccal fat pad removal. If you gain weight, you will not notice that. In fact, many patients don't notice that even after the procedure.

I very rarely accept patients for buccal fat pad removal.

How do i know if i would be a good candidate for buccal fat reomval/trimming?
@RealSurgerymax I asked you this question also in private but maybe some other users would benefit from it too :)

Is there a way to tell if you have to much buccal fat? Maybe a ultrasound test?

How to nuke the bloat in this area? Is it actual fat, or just my flesh? It seems rather thin and fleshy, not fatty, but idk...
I'm yet to research kybella and the area around this place, but considering of injecting there abouts.
Inb4 dangerous, etc.
I don't care. If it's possible, I'll do it. If it's not possible and actually dangerous - I won't.
Picture is not ideal to show what I mean, but it's the area that completely ruins my looks and makes me look very bloated. Trust me it looks really bad and fatty.

There are two structures there which cause prominence.

One of which is the overlapping interconnection of all the Facial muscles which overlap or connect at the corner of the lips. This is called the modiolis and cannot really be altered.

The second thing it could be is a prominent fat collection called the Perioral mound. This can be liposuctioned or reduced with injection lipolysis.

While I can’t say-for sure from a picture, it at least appears this is the latter because of the span of the highlighted area you are complaining about.

Yes you are, and ultrasound isn’t necessary

Yes it makes sense because the visceral fat kinda pushes the buccal fat so in the end even if u go for this surgery if u are fat then ITS OVER

I got tired of fatties who want to have their cheeks pierced just because they dont have the disicpline to lose weight

Lose weight fatty

Hey this is off-topic but I just sent you a PM with my photos. I know you get loads of messages, but thought I'd let you know anyway. Hope to hear from you!

a lot of the buccal "fat" of the general population is actually just overtrained buccinator muscles

i mean in general what are the indicators to look for, maybe you could do a small guide or something since a lot of people here think buccal fat removal is always a bad idea and will prematurely age you
