Buccal fat removal?

I have hollow cheeks under good lighting but most of the time look bloated despite low bf %

could buccal fat removal achieve a similar result under any lighting or is there too much of a risk I'd end up looking like some gaunt retard?

I have a rounded forehead and combined with non-chiseled cheeks it's cucking me

no but if your face remains bloated even at a low body fat percentage you should get it done.. I have the same issue and will be getting it done soon

if you are not recessed and you are at %10~ bf i think you are good candidate for buccal fat removal otherwise not
