chewing with back molars will activate the higher part of masseter giving you a bloated look. I want to get C instead of B in the picture.

Understand that no matter what chewing pattern you use, all parts of your masseter and temporalis are going to be activated (some to a more or less degree). Chewing with the incisors (top and bottom 2 teeth) works the lower part of the masseter, chewing with the side teeth (all the way up until the molars) activates the middle part of the masseter and chewing with the molars activates the full masseter muscle. Also realize that just like with any muscle people have different muscle insertions
cases of HYPERTROPHY

  1. Sagging Skin: Lack of muscle engagement from chewing could potentially lead to saggy skin over time, as the facial muscles may not be as toned.
  2. Skin Clarity: Inadequate digestion can lead to nutrient deficiencies or imbalances, which could affect skin health, leading to issues like acne or dullness.
  3. Jawline Definition: Regular chewing contributes to a well-defined jawline. If you’re not chewing enough, it may impact the definition of your jaw muscles.

A agree.chewing for a long period of time will give yout tmj
Only if you have a misaligned bite or compressed TMJ. Which is extremely common, unfortunately.

So with which teeth should you chew mainly for the best aesthetic effect?

But you said that will give you a bloated look?
yes because muscules after u train them tend to grow, it will look bloated for a few hours give the muscule time to restructure
