This is a serious post.
For a year, I followed a 200kcal calorie surplus diet, took creatine (3g per day), and my body transformed, gaining 6kg.
I was in great shape, but there were some problems.
I can't eat that much because it affects my health, and I've had intestinal problems and blood sugar issues.
Not only that, but by eating normally again, I've lost 3kg.
I currently have a goal of gaining another 10kg, but I can't eat that much.
Are there ways to gain weight healthily, even if you don't eat too much, but just the right amount?
