This is a serious post.

For a year, I followed a 200kcal calorie surplus diet, took creatine (3g per day), and my body transformed, gaining 6kg.
I was in great shape, but there were some problems.

I can't eat that much because it affects my health, and I've had intestinal problems and blood sugar issues.
Not only that, but by eating normally again, I've lost 3kg.

I currently have a goal of gaining another 10kg, but I can't eat that much.
Are there ways to gain weight healthily, even if you don't eat too much, but just the right amount?

If you can't eat because it affects your health that kind of clashes with the idea of gaining weight. I would say eat more but clean, since that likely won't affect your health, but thats very hard especially for skinny people. So if you want the easy route take mk677 since it has nearly no side effects. But if you want to keep the natty card just meal prep
