Depending on your base (fat or skinny) in this case I’ll just use a neutral base. Eat correct foods by dieting well, you can use ai to cater to your needs. Find a split that works well and stick to it, cardio is important so make sure you are doing 10k steps or 20-30 mins cardio every day.

DO NOT take Anavar on its own, worst decision ever. Either pin test and then add it (or don’t which is safer), or if you are struggling to put on weight take mk677. There is pretty much 0 sides and it’ll make you eat a fuck ton.
