Bulbous nose

Is there anyway to know if nose is bulbous due to inflamation or the cartilage

Your nose/nose tip won’t magically turn bulbous no matter how high your body fat is. So if you have a bulbous nose/nose tip its because of cartilage

same problem here I read it can be bulbous due to sebaceous glands, pores and it could be fixed or reduced through accutane/ tret (if those are the cause) I ordered tret and im going to try it
