I was 55kg 6'1 on october 23rd. Decided to lean bulk and have gained 7kgs. Should i keep bulking to 75 or have mini cuts in between to manage fat.
Which muscles need the most work (doing mainly calisthenics for upperbody)
Currently 15M, 6'1, 62kgs

idk where is before and after lol
work all muscles except for legs (they are useless) and eat more

great base if ur6 foot 1 at 15 but sadly u live in a shithole moneymaxx asap boyo

Does it look like that? Lol. I do pretty well at school. Should I look into crypto/investing and whatnot

Is training legs once a day fine. I heard that it boosts your test

brah dont waste ur time traning legs no one cares and ur t will go up nautarlly as your still in puberty, as for crypto i wouldnt just work at local jobs near by and rack up money crypto is too risky.

U can gain way more weight from subhuman lanklet tier. About 40 lbs in 8-12 monhts and without turning into fat abomination.

Keep bulking but do it slowly. You don't want to gain too much fat.

No more than 1lbs per month.

if you're going to bulk do it hard. no reason for you to lean bulk you have no one to impress at 15, bulk hard and you'll put on gains faster. esp when you're 6'1 and still growing.
