1 banana + spoon of raw honey as pre workout + caffeine pill + lgd pill + 5mg creatine
Post workout meal:
6 eggs + 500ml milk + orange juice
Snack: 250ml milk + spoon of raw honey around 3 pm
Dinner: 1lb of beef + 250ml milk
+ some occasional goyslop if at home but I will avoid as much as I can
I don’t need protein powder tbh but I might get cuz why not might as well hit 200g protein wouldn’t hurt
Supplements I will be taking:
Creatine 5mg
Vitamin d + k2 5000 iu
Krill oil
Magnesium biglycinate
600mg NAC+ 250mg TUDCA so I don’t nuke my liver due to lgd
