What supplements should i take at 14, im not trying to do anything expensive or risky.

Creatine, calcium, magnesium, some sort of testo stack containing zinc etc. Can also do Whey powder but if you're bulking then you should already be getting enough from food. If you're not getting enough sunlight then i'd also recommend a D3 + K2 at 10,000 IU's

No need to get any supplements. You can if you want to but I assume you don't have much money so just focus on lifting, diet and sleep since that's where 95%+ of the gains come from anyways. If you insist on getting a supplement I'd say creatine is the best option but even that will just give you a couple percent extra, and some people don't even respond to it.
