Always been skinnycel, I've tried to bulk for several months but I can't manage to gain weight.
I must eat around 2850 calories a day, I'm trying to get it mostly from animal sources and try to avoid pastas and shit.
What source of good quality and cheap calories do you recommand?
Don't want to dirty bulk.

I've recently tried beef liver, it's cheap in my country because no one wants to eat it.

Tbh skinny sucks too. You look weak and you have a hard time gaining strength and muscle even with dedication to the gym. I just want to have average weight

Beef liver has lots of protein but is not a high calorie food. Don't get the majority of your calories from animal products, that's pointless at best. Just eat a balanced diet to the greatest extent you can.

Heavy whipping cream: 800 calories per cup
6 boiled eggs: 468 calories
1 cup dry white rice, cooked: 640 calories
Orange juice: 120 calories (not too many, but it's easy to put down a cup of OJ in seconds)
Brazil nuts, almonds: ~200 calories per 1/4 cup

If you really want to be a nasty fucker and just DGAF, you could try drinking olive oil, coconut oil, etc. It's repulsive but it does have high calories.

I do hate bulking. If I don't do it I'll shrink, though.

Pro tip white rice and lots of chili with soy sauce, the spicy and ummami flavor will skyrocket your appetite

Ofc bulking is going to increase my value.
The tiny progress I've made already got me much more female attention.
I'm 1m93 for 72ish kg, if I can reach 80+kg I'm gonna slay way more often
 
animal soruces are a meme, all doctors agree on the fact you should intake vegetables, wholegrain cereals (pasta included), potatoes, legumes. (low dosage because of the meteorism side effect, however I heard fermented legumes such as natto and thempeh do not make you fart)

400-500 grams of wholegrain pasta with tomato (strongest antioxidant) every day or you are not even tring to bulk

2 kilograms of not peeled boiled potatoes and another great option for carbos

Being super lean is great to show off your cheekbones and 6-pack, but some bulking may be recommended to build some more muscle aside.

I already tried to bulk by increasing carbs, never worked.
The things is all my life I've had a protein deficiency because as a poorcel I ate mostly pastas, potatoes etc.
Never had a lot of meat in my diet.
Now that I eat more meat + eggs + whey I see gains, especially muscle gains.
I workout 5days a week so I need a lot of proteins.
I still have carbs in my diet ofc.

Animal products offer the most bioavailable nutrients especially for proteins, I'm just too poor rn to have enough.
I might EE max, they eat a lot of meat and its cheap af

Porridge and milk. Pasta is good as long as it's quality pasta with a quality non-fatty sauce. Same applies to rice.
LOTS of chicken breast.

Adding to this, don't be one of those guys who thinks if he eats a ridiculous amount of meat that will help your gainz a lot OP. It won't. Just eat a balanced diet with a moderate amount of meat. You don't have to worry about protein quality a lot if you are bulking hard, because you should be getting plenty of protein anyway. Protein quality matters more for cutting.

Eat 3 after I cook it, pack 3 for lunch the next day.

Look, you just have to stuff food down. If you are "uncomfortable" with eating a lot, then that's your problem. Eventually, you will get used to it.
