U gain fat yeah but ur muscle and streinght grows like motherfucker. Meanwhile if u are at leanbulk u need to do fucking long ass progress to get better result espcially if u are tall and u are gradually gaining weight.

Lean bulk is insanely better than hard bulk

Because when you bulk you gain fat,which makes you unhealthier,makes you insulin resistant,lowers test,bloats

After a bulk you have to cut,and you’re not getting enough nutrients when you cut.you don’t grow when you cut,hormones are shit aswell,balls shrink and LESS TEST

When you lean bulk you get none of that shit,with all the benefits

So think before you post bro,or you will turn into a gymcel

Ur an iqlet whose just coping and seeks to convince himself eating goyslop all day is somehow beneficial, i can bet 1000$ u could not explain the mechanisms behind bulking and how it supposedly increases MUR, recovery or anything else related to muscle growth
