My friends say it's just cope and that it will end up looking much worse; they claim that while there will be temporary swelling at the impact site, once that goes down, I'll be left with strange, asymmetrical lumps—plus, it hurts more than before. Also, would applying Vaseline to the target areas and the head of my hammer help prevent redness and skin abrasions while "bonesmashing"?

im doing everywhere 3-5 sets 120 mid force taps, is it good?
