Bulking or cutting for height

Everyone says bulking but when i started losing weight i grew, now where i gained a few kgs again (muscles) my growth got extremely slow

Cutting means lower estrogen and more optimal hormones which should help your growth plates but bulking means more energy for your body to use and more nutrition no one really knows which is better tbh

im 16 and 171cm, i grew around 1 inch, sometimes i woke up like 0,5cm taller, so it was pretty random. What i have to say is that my bone age is around 17. My brother and my sister grew till their early 20's so idk, i just want to be 175
