Bulking problem

Ok so I have been bulking recently and I can easily eat breakfast and lunch now snack goes a little bit hard but I do it and then I feel like there's no chance I can get my dinner down I've tried just getting more calories in my meals but when I have too much cals in one meal I either just leave half of the plate or just feel like throwing up and instead of gaining 1kg per week I gain like 0.2-0.4 kg per week so is there a solution to this?

alternatively, some softmaxxing tips to increase appetite
- wake up earlier so you have more time to eat
- drink liquid calories (fruit juice, milk, etc) but ONLY AFTER A MEAL
- chew and eat quickly
- don't drink water before meals and as little as possible during
- keep meals varied and tasty to there's no psychological resistance
- eat as much protein as you need, but don't go over (protein is most satiating macro)
- don't eat much fiber (slows digestion, keeps you fuller for longer while not having any calories)
