Bulking ruined my life

Most doctors suck, u situation is normal during this soy world era. Watch out for xenoestrogens, get 8-10 hours sleep, eat clean and exercise. Vitamin d3 10k UI, zinc, magnesium, K2. Eat 4 eggs a day. My t levels is 746 ng/dl.
It's not normal nigga my prolactin levels are too high.. i might have microprolactinoma in my brain which would explain why i get random ear pains and vision issues

Well, i alreadt did long bulk and now i can cut down. More muscle also makes metabolism higher and it burns fat on itself or shit like that but i took it too far

Occasional cuts are a meme, its best to bulk for a long time period like 2 years at least but gaining like 1kg weight monthly by doing this, if you start like this lean then you won't be fat after those 2 years and then you can do a 6 months cut and lose like 12-15kg of fat that way

You fucking bitchass nigger i discovered blackpill couple months ago and im already losing weight what you talking about. I've been bulking for a year and went from 0 EVERYTHING to 15 clean pullups with my 85kilo weight i worked hard af. You fucking looksmad normies will bully everything for no reason i swear
+ i did all that while having hormonal imbalances and no money

I bulked too, got heavier than you with visible abs and bulking was a great thing for me. Obviously you need to cut afterwards.

But eating as much as you can and always get stronger and bigger is a great.

Girls don't want you to bulk, men and you want. Eating low calories will lower a lot of things like your testosterone level and mood. Genetic factors are also very important. Low calories definitely have a bad effect on me.
I mean yeah your t-levels will lower once you get below 12% bf, but reducing fat in general will improve your blood flow among other benefits.

That is why you need to bulk between 10-17 percent max. And while bulking you feel like a God in strength. Not everything is aesthetics
