There have been people on here recently talking about how they aren't able to put on weight when bulking. I've been kind of experimenting with the concept myself over the past week and a half. I've put on 10 lbs. Not really excercising, just seeing how heavy I can get for fun. Here's what I've been doing every night before bed.

Stupid idea OP. You shouldn't be trying to put on weight unless you're either really skinny or working to put on quality weight (muscle). Rapid weight changes probably aren't healthy.

Ugh. Peanut butter and hot cocoa. I guess to each their own. When I first started strength training, peanut butter was my source of protein. But I kept hearing conversations in the gyms about whey protein. So I learned that was a better source.

kinda stupid to gain weight like this. there's no reason, and most of it is going to be fat, so ur getting lower T, higher cholesterol, and are gonna have to spend 10 weeks burning off the fat... plus when you do lose this weight you'll lose muscle with it.

Nah, I got me the genes of Rupert Grint. All I gotta do is start eating 2 boiled eggs every day and I'll be ripped after about a week and a half without even exercising. I make dudes like Daniel Radcliffe cry in their sleep.
