The goal should always, always be to eat less calories.

We are programmed to eat as much as we can, who the fuck needs to force feed themselves in the modern age?

Bulking is like saying "I eat normally", because 99 % of grown men are way too fluffy (they are bulking) and would benefit from lower bf.

You need to avoid food like the plague. Only drug user can bulk and not get fat.

Lean bulking.. yea right. How many natural people has ever successfully "leanbulked" and only gained muscle and no fat? No one.

The bulk/cut cycle is an illusion, you will not gain more muscle by jojo dieting than by just training hard and maintaining or cutting bodyfat.

In my whole gym there are zero ripped lean guys. Just a bunch of bloated up muscular bears that dont have their calorie intake under control. The only guy with abs is a huge roidhead bodybuilder.

Actually somewhat the same at my gym. The majority of guys have decent musculature honestly.

But they certainly carry some jiggly fat around the midsection. Fat on men look feminine.

I sort of look down at these guys because their muscle is not anything special when covered in lard.

I can picture them getting home to sneak out the ice cream from the freezer to reward themselves after the gym.
 
true ive descended .5psl after hgh and creatine and bulking but i think right now is the best time to do it since ppl wear masks indoors

you can bulk natty the first 3 years or so if you train smart and track what you eat to a modest surplus and don't have garbage genetics or test levels tbh

Cope doesn’t matter I’m in highschool and I don’t like anyone I’m just accruing mass and height before college doesn’t matter how much acne I get from aromasin or how bloated my face gets from HGH and creatine

You can bulk from like 14-18 yo if you train hard because you still grow a lot and cant really get that fat with a teenager metabolism

But as soon as you are grown up you cant bulk anymore as a natural guy. Total waste of life to bulk up

Lean body + thick neck is the goal

The trick with being lean is focusing on training the arms extensively, say 2 arm days a week, including forearms.

People will see your defined cutted arms burst out of a tight t-shirt and will know you workout for sure.

I went to 68kg actually during my peak starvation :feelskek:, but looked like a noodle in clothes, legit holocaust victim

I would say til early-mid 20s
At least I was fine from like 17 to 21 natty

Well you’re not really growing that much post 21 and gymcelling for 4-5 years already

It is like 0,3 kg each year post noob gains for naturals.

That is doable without bulking up with several kgs of fat.

But thats just my opinion… I think generally guys bulk up way too much. Just looking at all fatties everywhere, it’s evident

The problem with bulking is that 90% of people are bulking dirty. Think about it. It's much easier to get 3,000 calories from fast food and milkshakes high in carbs because it's cheaper, you only have to eat a few burgers compared to potential kilograms of lean meat, and people are addicted to the taste/dopamine

A diet high in sodium, PUFAs, estrogens, carbohydrates, and doesn't have much nutrients is bad for you obviously. Sodium bloats you, excessive sugar/carbs can give you acne, the estrogens will give you mantits .etc Bulking on meat, eggs, and many other animal products isn't bad, and won't affect your looks negatively, only in a positive way

lean bulking is hard and expensive, i have to opt for mass gainer tbh. thankfully im on roids otherwise i would be bloat maxed rn

Eating 3000 kcal from non-processed high protein sources is impossible if you're poor tbh...

”Im bulking” = 99 % are simply dirty bulking

Who is really doing a calorie pitch perfect bulk with only a slight surplus of only 50 kcals.. consistently.. for months?

It’s virtually impossible
 
Eating 3000 kcal from non-processed high protein sources is impossible if you're poor tbh...

3000 kcals of just high grade meat is expensive (and why would you eat that much protein anyway)

But eggs and peas are pretty cheap.
