Ramieri does orthognatic surgery, he does not need to do braces lol. there's dentists for that kind of shit, and patients may go on pre surgery treatments with dentists and then go to surgery with someone who actually CHOOSE maxillo facial surgery as a specialty and not someone who is grifting this looksmaxing trend to make some money innit?

Also another thing is in Turkey a dentist goes to dentistry school and then des 2-3 years of dentistry work (where he does dental implants and stuff), a plastic surgeon does like 6 years of medical school + another 5-6 years of plastic surgery.
