i mean 15k or 21k for customs that ram charges is not that overpriced, like 10-15k is what any surgeon charges. And if you post previous result openly for the safety of the new patients you earn some reputation and that is totally valid. Like ram isnt even a social media surgeon, even before he posted he had kinda same price. Also i think its a green flag if a surgeon post openly about result esp videos of the patients.

Also a surgeon who shits on other surgeons too much is a red flag in itself, you dont want to deal with some ego driven sociopath that shit talk other people. and the biggest scam among surgeons is to decieve you before surgery and make you think they are the best and have the best teqniques. You should almost only look at previous patients experiences, and even better a patient who had problems
