The funny thing is there are people who'll say after they turned 19, after 1 and 3 quarters years at 20, "Oh it's not exactly 2 years bro" idk man this whole wishful thinking with height and changes after 18 to 21, you should focus on money and then get height maxxing surgery tbh, I would recommend braces before heightmaxxing though, because face is more important imo, if ur not an absolute manlet like 5'1 or something

Also get your growth plates checked, that's for sure, that stops coping and gives realistic hope

i stopped growing taller at 15 i hate seeing people tell 16 or 17 year olds they can grow taller
if you are 5'8 at 16 it's over in 95% of cases

I would have to disagree

Me personally it seems like my growth plates must have closed around that age too

but the science says never say never before 18, so idk

You should still get good nutrition etc. at that age

It is possible that you have stunted growth if you didn't have enough nutrition earlier and yes around that time is when it starts to settle, but at 15 or 16 you can still grow more

I'm a case of stunted growth so I'm used to obsessing over getting my height back but most people, you really don't have to be hyper aware of nutrition etc. if in your childhood/teenage years you're sleeping well and eating good, not malnutrition no starvation or sleep deprivation, I believe you have grown to your genetic potential at mid 17-19

It's different for everyone but those teenage years and childhood is the most important for height
