Get the grass fed ground beef. It will have less nutrients but eating mostly grain fed beef raw is a sure fire way to feel like shit and actually risk diseases.

Yeah, I've opted for the non-organic grain-fed ground beef. Anyways it's bref so the fat ratio is better than grain-fed chicken etc
