I've been watching my mum and gf cook and what I've noticed is that how good something tastes is directly proportional to how much butter or ghee they use. Butter just elevated a dish to restaurant quality. no wonder why Michelin star restaurants go through cases of butter a day.

Diacetyl and phospholipids, gives food that buttery silky aroma and blends flavors well.

When I watch guga foods and other cooking channels occasionally they always put a shit ton of butter in everything and its a bit painful to watch cuz it can't be healthy

Iโ€™ve always wanted to make my own cheese and butter to suit my taste, but as you said, butter can really change the flavor and pretty much everything about a dish There was an episode of MasterChef where a girlโ€™s butter went missing; I think she asked the other contestants for some A few of them refused, but one gave her some, and I think she won the competition that day

It's not hard tbh. You just need to buy some heavy whipping cream and churn for a long time until the butter and butter mild seperates

Ghee is astonishing

Well yeah that's why restaurants use so much of it.

Butter and salt
