when i started gym around a year ago i used to not take any pre because i thought i didn't need it etc.
first time i tried i did 200mg of caffeine, 7.5g of my preworkout
i loved it so much i took it every day for a month, but the effects started wearing off
i increased it by double the amount, 400mg
after 2 months it started to be too little aswell
now for the past few months i took 600mg caffeine, now its starting to be too little again
if this continues, I'll be taking 1200mg daily by the next year
