when i started gym around a year ago i used to not take any pre because i thought i didn't need it etc.

first time i tried i did 200mg of caffeine, 7.5g of my preworkout

i loved it so much i took it every day for a month, but the effects started wearing off

i increased it by double the amount, 400mg

after 2 months it started to be too little aswell

now for the past few months i took 600mg caffeine, now its starting to be too little again

if this continues, I'll be taking 1200mg daily by the next year :lul::lul::lul:

it's just always too little. i need to up my dose every month/2

im not addicted per say, i just prefer to workout with preworkout in my system.

That's just tolerance then, not addiction.
It's time for an upgrade I guess, put your big boy pants on and take something harder.

yeah I'll probably do 800mg soon. but it'll get pretty expensive, that's 30g per gym day and the one i buy is 300g. so I'd need to buy one tub every 12 days basically.

Low dose meth would unironically be both safer and healthier at that point.
