infra + fat grafting is the most ideal
true. ive heard from some users who just got infra implants that their dark circles barely changed, so combining with fat grafting would definitely be ideal

has he posted his results?
Nope, he won't even show his closest org buddies. We got like a little pic, but it was only after like 1/3 surgeries, and he wasn't completely recovered.

caffeine is a potent vasoconstrictor, reducing blood vessel diameter beneath the periorbital region, the thinnest skin on the body at just 0.5 mm, making dark circles appear more purple and prominent. Its diuretic effect stimulates fluid elimination, causing cellular dehydration, loss of elasticity, and accelerated skin aging, making the area more translucent and exposing underlying vessels and accumulated melanin. To counteract these effects, topical creams containing retinol, vitamin K, and hyaluronic acid can restore hydration and strengthen the skin barrier. Oral supplements with iron, vitamin C, and antioxidants improve microcirculation and reduce oxidative stress. For more advanced cases, recessed infraorbital implants surgically reposition the tear trough, reducing shadowing, while hyaluronic acid filler injections volumize the hollow, offering a long-lasting, minimally invasive structural solution to persistent dark circles:feelspepo:
