Raypeat advocates the carbonate version but most supplements got the citrate one

Ray peat diet is bullshit got people hospitalized and calcium supplements have very low bioavailability so they're not absorbed and you're getting maybe %1-2 of the supplement

Well yeah I always suspected something is off with raypeat. Anyway I can't get raw milk, it's really low quality pasteurized one.
I take D3 + K2 + Mag that I've to combine with calcium but as I said above. So my only way out is to supplement it pharmaceutically

Even pharmaceutical ones have low bioavailability bro supplements are extracted with kerosene and are snake oil, dont supplement. only supplement i'd take is D3 and K2 because they have high bioavailability
zinc calcium etc are waste of money especially zinc
