CALISTHENICS MASS


What you wanna do:

1. Train Only Sets and Reps
2. Train Progressively:

Start from the basic form of
pull ups, pushups, handstand pushups, squats and aim
for around 10 reps, then make it harder by manipulating arm/leg leverage
until you can do it one handed/one legged for reps (a long term goal)
3. Don't be afraid to BULK:
Additional difficulty to your workout, look bigger in clothes and
you should be fine if you don't go past a flat stomach in terms of fat, and who
gives a shit about ripped abs, they are mostly cope, live the life, eat whatever you want,
be big and dimorphic.
4. Read prison calisthenics books like Convict Conditioning 1 and 2 by Paul Wade.
High T underrated af books on how to really get big with calisthenics.


What you don't wanna do:

1. Train skills:

They just pull on the tendons, not tearing the muscle.
They are fancy twink cope.
2. Be afraid of bulking:
Slower metabolism is a good thing, muscle gets burnt slower,
that's why you're a hardgainer in the first place, fast metabolism.

Fast metabolism is far better u clown (as long as ur able to eat the food)
