What’s the biggest daily calorie deficit I can have in late adolescence while still trying to maximize height growth (my growth plates are still open)? And which nutrients do I absolutely need to hit 100%? I’m around 20% body fat, I can’t stand being fat anymore, but I still want to get 100% of the gains.

Honestly, id do a 500 calorie deficit and go long term IF your still developing, if not then start cutting like crazy brah. Just be more active so you can more and stay in that deficit, eat healthy too ofc.

"biggest calorie deficit" plates fused in 2 weeks jfl. pin ur gh, use an ai and stfu. 2g/kg protein, hit micronutrients.
