currently 5’9, 155lbs, 15, workout hella, yet i feel as if i go on a caloric deficit and lose weight ill finally get out of this 3 year skinnyfat hell. the issue however is i may be compromising my height from my below maintenance calorie consumption.

yall think its worth it or nah? already taller than both my parents and grew an inch this past month

(no iqlets telling me that theres other ways to lose weight besides a caloric deficit, also dont want to hear bullshit about how if i stay chopped now ill be able to halo height later)

First go get an X-ray to see if your growth plates are open or not, if they're open fused just start an extreme deficit
If they're open you can go on a short extreme cut but not too long because it most likely will cause growth problems.i suggest going on a 1000 calorie deficit, It's not too low and you can still lose around a kilogram per week. And for a fast path start using reta or DNP
Mark as solution

definitely will for the first thing you said, about the 1000 calorie deficit how long should it be? a week biweekly or nah? my caloric maintanence level is around 2500 if i remember correctly based off how active i am, bmr 1740 for rest days
