Science or whatever says you only need . 7g protein per lb of BW or something; I'm not sure of the exact amount, but that's what I understand. I am 180 lb and try to keep 200 g of protein. But while on GH or a test, enhanced overall, that has to change, right? while on a gear cycle what should this be upped to and gh too should this idea change?
