Science or whatever says you only need . 7g protein per lb of BW or something; I'm not sure of the exact amount, but that's what I understand. I am 180 lb and try to keep 200 g of protein. But while on GH or a test, enhanced overall, that has to change, right? while on a gear cycle what should this be upped to and gh too should this idea change?

Even pro bodybuilders don't consume more than 0.7-1g per pound of bw. Natty or roided both benefit more from higher carbs and slightly lower protein like 0.7 per pound of bf. Since higher carbs meaning more energy to push through harder workouts, get stronger faster and faster growth.
