Hey im drunk rn and have eaten 1 pound of old pasta that i had around the house and decided to ccok it so as to not throw food away
Is it true that pasta actually has 170 cals per 100 grams cooked instead of 340 (half) as the shit app, My fitness pal gives me ?
Im hungry after supposedly eating 1600 cals and ve also drank some seltzers so im at 2500 cals rn without exercise today
Im still very hungry and my scale doesnt show that ive hgained that much weight
I also pissed the liquids away as i dont have liquid retention genetics, in general
So how much is the retention in the body from alcohol and pasta actually, since ive definitely DIDNt ingest 2500 cals, ive barely ever been this hungry ever
I know about insulin and carbs and shit though, i know that when i was eating a very high protein diet of tuna/chicken, even protein shakes i was never hungry, even at 1600 cals and felt very good

Ate 1 lb pasta and drank 640 cals (supposedly) of light seltzer ; MFP shows 2500 cals , i feel like i ate 1000 and i am very very hungry
how much did the body absorb actually and why do i feel extremely hungry dude?
i am / reverted to ecto since losing weight, and its going well generally, can lose it with not that much of an effort
do i need to do 0 carbs (+fiber only) cause this shit is annoying asf, since with protein heavy diet i could have gone even to 800 cals deficit and still felt no hunger
