I am currently on 300-400 cal defecit at 2000cals 100g of protein, attempting to drop bf%,puffy cheeks and to improve skin.I have enclosed all of my meals and also the macros here:221g of carbs,123g of protein,52g of fat.
My problem is it’s 5 o’clock and and I’m still hungry apart from dinner I haven’t fell that full and idk what to do am I just a pussy or are my meals retarded.
Im 15 5’10 65kg and have mild love handles and puffy cheeks and want to stay to get as lean as possible so if someone could help me it would be greatly appreciated
