Can a Chad make under eye dark circles work?

P-plz give me some copium and tell me y-yes (inb4 I’m not a Chad) . I need some hope cause dark circles are my biggest failo( maybe more cope and my whole face is a failo).

I've not used it, thinking of trying it soon but from what I read people say it works well. You may find lot of info on youtube.
