Even if I have to roid or use sarms. I'm 22-25% body fat want to start gymcelling.

Aslong as ur in the 18-20% range, u can build muscle just fine

An 80yr old asian does more walking that half of the retards who say they go to the gym but really just molest themselves on the treadmill

Eat slighly less each week. (the "hardest" part btw)
Eat better foods
Hit the weights

bro just head straight into a 500-1000 calorie deficit youll prolly build a bit of mass but wont be as much but its worth it

yeah, untill u hit 18%, then maintain and build alot of muscle. Bulking has diminishing returns, when ur over, it varies for people to people, but 18-20% range. Due to excess estrogen

Start cutting but only at a slight calorie deficit then bulk when you’re at 15% body fat
 
Yea I lost 30 pounds and increased my bench press significantly at the same time.
