Can a rhino make my nasal bridge wider?

I posted my nose yesterday and apparently my nasal bridge is too narrow, I've read that a rhino can make it smaller but does it work the other way around?

Yes, it is possible but it is harder. You need a good surgeon.

Fairly sure it can be done through getting cartilage from the ears or even from donors

There is only one surgeon in Sweden who is experienced with noses and I Think he will retire soon. I might have to go to Turkey or something.
