how can i make microcuts on my lips to make them wider

There is literally no fix to this tbh. Surgery has bad scars, using a stretching tool can cause deep nasal folds. The best fix to make it look good is to achieve hollow cheeks. The bigonial jaw to lip ratio matters more than the nose to mouth ratio. This is a strong falio I struggle with as well. Look at johnny depp for example, you really don't notice that his mouth was ever narrow, because his bigonial jaw ratio works out so well .





There is no niche diy way to fix this to be forreal bro. A corner lip lift can also make it a little better but its not worth the price either.

It fucking sucks man, it’s one of my biggest flaws id literally be mhtn. I personally think the only way to fix it is to get hollow cheeks than slim your nose down.

These two are the biggest things that will make it look better.

MSE could possibly expand your palate which expands the lips in a way. But this is always not the cause for everyone, which makes it risky to get such a expensive surgery for no actual benefit.

I honestly believe this is one of the worst features ever, and it makes me very sad to admit it. We can only make the appearance look better.

Hmm haven’t looked too much into that personally but things like lowering BF % or using hydrocortisone can help alot.

For the mouth I seen a few people stretch their lips out in a way that caused them to expand it and some of them haven’t gotten folds. But realistically you have to do it
everyday for the rest of your life and it’s going to add up and give you folds if you don’t get them earlier on.

Another possible cope solution i was thinking was the stretch method that you manually did which can be found off another guide ill link soon I have to find it again , but you can also use those lip stretching devices. But just pair it with really good skincare like pinning GHKCU , and mirconeedling or anything to help prevent folds. Realisticly like getting filler work done there.

It’s definitely saveable but not without bad cons. I am doing alot of research to find out the best methods and will be experimenting everything on earth, I rather die than let a narrow cuck mouth ruin me.

i have 5% bf i think my face is as slim as it can be. i tried stretching my mouth using those appliances and they didn’t do shit.

you mentioned that you already got expanders and already have a very low BF%, so the only thing you can really do is either botox for something non-invasive or a commisuroplasty. someone already mentioned the commisuroplasty scarring + botch risks, but I’ve seen some pretty decent ones, best bet if you want it done as a permanent solution is to find an excellent surgeon that’s experienced in commisuroplasties because they’re not as common as surgeries like rhinoplasties, so it’s critical that they have performed the procedure frequently. also make sure to address the your scarring risk/botch concerns with the surgeon. additionally, the risks are typically associated with people wanting to over expand their mouth laterally, which results in a shitty joker smile that would require another corrective surgery, so as long as you expand by only a few millimeters with a great surgeon, it should be a good ascension. however if you don’t want to take the risk at all then just get the botox I recommended earlier, way safer and of course not risky because it’s temporary and is a great way to map out what you would want your lips to look like if you do decide to eventually get a commisuroplasty if you were satisfied with the result of botox. best of luck my guy
