Can Accutane Affect Face

I've been on accutane for around 3 weeks now and I've noticed my face is now bloated. My face shape is now rounded where as before it was heart shaped. My diet has been the same the only other thing thats changed the past 3 weeks is I take Vitamin D and Omega 3 pills. Could accutane be the cause or is it some other shit like puberty growth fucking me.
