Doesn't look like it will. Why wouldn't you just opt for a lateral cantho or fox lift with PDO threads? Either of those can make your PFL look wider

i probably will get lateral cantho but im getting an mse as well regardless, so i was just wondering if i could possibly see some results in my pfl to kill 2 birds with one stone but seems that won't be the case

mse is john mew type cope, i got it and felt like i descended, unless u got narrow cheekbones or a subhuman tier palate its pointless

its not that bad it might look fine once i get lean but its overall pointless asf, very annoying and really painful the first week

im worried to get it and seeing bad or no results but im also worried that if i never getting i'd have missed out on good results

i only got it cuz it was a better alternative to getting bands and braces, u can try it out if u want but overall dont expect significant change, u might look a little different or the exact same the health benefits are pretty good tho like breathing and stuff

mse with msdo is great but its hard to get and expensive, i begged my dentists for it but told me i didnt need it
