Can an orthodontist fix my recessed face?

i go to an orthodontist to get my teeth straightened but i was wondering if there’s something i can tell them to help fix my recessed face ?

idk but i want my chin and my lower face to grow more n i feel like they have a tool or something that can help me

The problem here is the hyoid. It's way too low, you could also get a palate expander maspe marpe etc look into them and see which ones the best. Make sure you fit the requirements since if you don't have an issue your orthodontics most likely wont accept you.

Let me see your palate. If you have a healthy palate they'll say you dont fit the requirements, you need a narrow palate and that's the only way you'll get it.

Your maxilla is the issue, however, if you're young you have hope.
You can try hard mewing... Along with gum (pushing the gum on top roof of your palatal) until you check with a specialist

You maybe rushed.
But why not. However imo, there's no need your case is light.

you are definitely a little recessed idk what some of the replies above are talking about, ortho wont really do anything depending your age.

itll be easier to tell if you lean down more tho, but ortho swap a couple times and lie to them (say another ortho said you need jaw surgery and ask if they think thats a good idea)
