Can any orthodontic procedure create a more compact midface?

I might be getting either marpe or mse due to a narrow pallate and hopefully headgear too but i want to know if this will help my slightly long midface at all. and i also want to know if there is anything else i can get alongside an expander that can help.

depends how long ur midface is, an expander can help tho if im not wrong but im lowk grey
