I want more ccw rotation. Especially in my gonions, and my midface. Is all this possible with surgery? And what surgery if so? The second image is not a good morph. But it makes you see how more ccw rotation on me could look.

Rhino, bimax with jaw implants, but you wouldnt shorten the midface that much
