I want to start with maximizing my appearance but i dont know what to do except my skin someone who can help?

Grow your hair out, fix your skin, dye your eyebrows and hair to black + grow eyelashes. You have nice eyes and ipd seems a bit off but try frauding medial canthus with makeup.

Try hydrocortisone to your nose and accutane in general, both can shrink your nose by a bit which could help your mouth to nose ratio since your mouth is narrow.

Consider slight lip filler and big amount of Chin filler.

+ Cover your forehead, it seems like it's long asf in the first pic.
