Push- Saturday, Tuesday, chest press , pec fly , shoulder press , lateral raise cable , tricep pushdown machine, rope push downs

Pull - Sunday, Wednesday, seated row, lat pulldown, pec fly rear delt, preacher bicep curls, dumbbell hammer curls

Legs - Monday, Thursday, seated leg press, leg extension, seated leg curl, calf extension, hip abductor+adductor

Rest day friday
