Push- Saturday, Tuesday, chest press , pec fly , shoulder press , lateral raise cable , tricep pushdown machine, rope push downs

Pull - Sunday, Wednesday, seated row, lat pulldown, pec fly rear delt, preacher bicep curls, dumbbell hammer curls

Legs - Monday, Thursday, seated leg press, leg extension, seated leg curl, calf extension, hip abductor+adductor

Rest day friday
 
Its pretty good, js make sure ur taking to failure and doing 1-2 sets 4-8 reps. Also add abs.

can't judge it without knowing how many sets and how many reps per movement.

chest press could be upper chest biased. Besides, if he's getting enough volume on pec deck, he'll get enough upper peck stimulus

could be i just assumed its normal chest press since he didnt specify incline or anyting but its way better in my opinion to just switch normal chest press to incline

not really better. You have very few fibers in the upper chest, and they are already being stimulated in a flat movement. If you want a large chest, much better to only do pec deck

There's no evidence supporting the idea that 3.5x frequency is better than 2x frequency gymcel. His PPL is fine if that's what he enjoys

I started incorporating doing abs at home cuz my gym doesn’t have anything for abs, here’s what I do, pelvic tilt 12 reps, plank 45 secs, side plank 30 seconds each side, mountain climbers 30 seconds, flutter kicks 15 reps, weighted Russian twists 5 times each side, bicycle crunches 20 reps, I’ll start training to failure too, otherwise thx for advice man
