I have a terrible physique and I want someone who can tell me exactly what i need to do at the gym like rn bc its bad i just need to get lean but ive been going a bit for like 2-3 months and dont really see progress im willing to pay maybe if your actually good and can guide me through Hgh when i buy in a couple months
