prob been said here a thousand times before but banana, coconut water are both easy debloats, issue is its pointless and you will undo progress so easily if you don't watch what you eat.

Eat clean, keep good potassium intake, lots of water. Also you might also be mistaking higher bf for bloating, so make sure your bf is low.
